Bake the macadamia miso & chocolate palmier at home

The versatility and richness of native macadamia nuts provides both texture and flavour as the macadamias are baked throughout the palmier to showcase their buttery creaminess and little chunks are added for extra crunch.

You’ll find the full recipe here. So pop on your apron and get baking!

Whatever you do to celebrate, have a very happy Macadamia Nut Day.
