Bake the macadamia miso & chocolate palmier at home
If you can’t make it to Three Blue Ducks or Sample Food Festival to try the exclusive pastry, never fear. Chef Darren Robertson of Three Blue Ducks has shared his recipe for the macadamia palmier with us.
The versatility and richness of native macadamia nuts provides both texture and flavour as the macadamias are baked throughout the palmier to showcase their buttery creaminess and little chunks are added for extra crunch.
You’ll find the full recipe here. So pop on your apron and get baking!
Whatever you do to celebrate, have a very happy Macadamia Nut Day.
