Our simple macadamia butter recipe (pictured above) is very easy to make and yet so tasty. Simply blend 500 grams of macadamias for three to six minutes in a food processor. The amount of time you spend blending the nuts will determine the smoothness of the butter - if you prefer a thicker spread, blend for three minutes; for a smoother spread, aim for the full six minutes.
