Mac-berry smoothie

Smoothies are such a quick, delicious and satisfying way to start the day, and make a great breakfast on the run. This nutritious mac-berry smoothie is made with macadamia milk and tastes as good as it looks!

50g strawberries, hulled, roughly chopped
½ cup frozen mixed berries
⅔ cup Greek plain yoghurt
⅓ cup macadamia milk*
1 tablespoon maple syrup
½ cup ice cubes


Place strawberries, berries, yoghurt, macadamia milk, maple syrup and ice in a drink blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.

*Macadamia milk is available at some specialty stores, supermarkets or it is easy to make your own, click here to see the recipe at australian-macadamias.org
