Ingredients
- 3 cups flour sifted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar or sugar alternative
- 1 cup macadamias chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate bits
- 50 grams butter
- 3 eggs beaten & one for brushing
Instructions
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Kneed into long shaped dough with extra flour to combine mix. Bake logs at 180 degrees for 30-40min until browned.
- Allow to fully cool. Then slice into thin pieces and rebake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
