Macadamia snack plate

This seriously easy snack plate is everything you want it to be; delicious, indulgent and healthy all at the same time. Recipe from dietitian, TV nutritionist and author Lyndi Cohen.

  • 250 g macadamias raw unsalted
  • 100 g dates pitted dried
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds we used white
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp macadamia oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g blackberries


  • For the bliss balls, combine 50g of the macadamias with the pitted dates, chia seeds and a pinch of salt in a food processor and blitz. Once the mix is well combined, roll into six balls.
  • For the macadamia dip, combine 100g of the macadamias with the maple syrup and a pinch of salt in a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Place the mixture into a small serving bowl.
  • Arrange the bliss balls, macadamia dip, remaining macadamias, strawberries and blackberries (or other seasonal fruit) on a plate to serve.
