Macadamia milk gummies

These gut healthy gummies are made so creamy by using macadamia milk. Honey not only adds the perfect level of sweetness but also a delicate, floral flavour. Gelatin is an abundant source of protein, that helps to promote gut and immune health by providing the amino acid glutamine. Enjoy!

  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 1 cup macadamia milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla


  • Place two silicone moulds on a baking tray.
  • Pour the macadamia milk into a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the top and allow to bloom for 5 minutes. Add the honey and vanilla to the pan, bring to a medium heat and whisk to combine. 
    Once the milk is warmed, the gelatin is dissolved and the mixture is well combined, remove from the heat and pour into the moulds.
  • Place the tray into the fridge for two hours, or until set. Once set, pop the gummies out into an airtight container and return to the fridge to store.
