Macadamia, cranberry and coconut slice

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups muesli toasted
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raw macadamias chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut shredded
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 80 g butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180C (fan forced). Line a greased baking tin with baking paper. Mix the muesli, flour, cranberries, macadamias and coconut in a large bowl. Combine sugar, honey and butter in a saucepan and melt over a medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour in the dry mixture and combine. Pour mixture into prepared tin and press gently until firm. Bake for 25 min or until golden brown. It will become firmer when it cools. Slice and store in an air tight container.
