Once you’ve tried macadamia butter, nothing else will do! This ‘clean eating’ recipe is super easy to make, it’s delicious on fresh bread, toast or crackers and is also a delicious addition to sandwiches.
- 500 g macadamias raw or roasted
- Place the macadamias in a food processor. Blend for 3 to 6 minutes depending on how thick you like it. Generally 3 minutes for a thicker butter and up to 6 minutes for a very smooth butter.
