Macadamia butter

Once you’ve tried macadamia butter, nothing else will do! This ‘clean eating’ recipe is super easy to make, it’s delicious on fresh bread, toast or crackers and is also a delicious addition to sandwiches.

  • 500 g macadamias raw or roasted


  • Place the macadamias in a food processor. Blend for 3 to 6 minutes depending on how thick you like it. Generally 3 minutes for a thicker butter and up to 6 minutes for a very smooth butter.
