7 fresh dates, stones removed
Date, macadamia, sunflower and sesame slice
250g pitted dried dates, chopped
2 tablespoons of ghee or butter
½ cup macadamias, finely chopped
¼ cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
