Using macadamias, dried goji berries, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, pepitas and a sprinkling of cinnamon, you can create your own perfect snack mix. Pack a container for post-gym pick-me-ups, your office draw or your handbag.
Macadamia bliss balls are simple to make and keep well in the fridge or freezer. High in protein, they are a flavourful, portion controlled snack that’s packed with goodness.
Perfect to enjoy with a cuppa, these no-bake slice recipes are a great way to preserve the healthy oils in macadamias as well as their unique texture. This Raw Macadamia and Puffed Rice Slice combines the nut’s creamy texture with the sweetness of medjool dates and the zing of ginger.
For a truly decadent treat, try this No Bake Choc Fruit Macadamia Slice that binds together dried figs, craisins, goji berries and macadamias with a chocolate ganache.
