Lindsay Bryen

Lindsay Bryen owns and manages Melrose, a 5,000-tree macadamia farm in the beautiful Northern Rivers district of New South Wales. Lindsay has been involved in the macadamia industry for 40 years and his commitment to driving scientific research to improve farm productivity and the environment earned him the industry’s most prestigious award, the Norm Greber Memorial Trophy in 2014. Norm was the pioneer of the Australian macadamia industry and the first person to successfully graft macadamias. Lindsay was featured on the popular ABC TV program The Cook and The Chef, where he gave Maggie Beer some tips on making macadamia pesto.
