This thick green nutty smoothie is nutrition in a jar. Gluten free and vegan, it’s packed with fruit, vegetables and macadamias for a quick, delicious and healthy start to your day. Don’t leave home without it!

  • 2 cups macadamia milk*
  • 1 tbsp macadamia butter
  • 1 cup English spinach leaves
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 green apple cored, chopped
  • 1 banana large
  • 1 cup ice
  • fresh mint to serve


  • Place all ingredients in a blender on a high speed and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 tall glasses and top with fresh mint.
