Mac-berry smoothie
Smoothies are such a quick, delicious and satisfying way to start the day, and make a great breakfast on the run. This nutritious mac-berry smoothie is made with macadamia milk and tastes as good as it looks!

  • 50 g strawberries hulled, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 2/3 cup Greek plain yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup macadamia milk*
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


  • Place strawberries, berries, yoghurt, macadamia milk, maple syrup and ice in a drink blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve.


*Macadamia milk is available at some specialty stores, supermarkets or it is easy to make your own, click here to see the recipe.
