Tara from Queensland blog ‘The Nutrition Guru and The Chef’ has created her own homemade version of the celebrated Weis Bar. Using coconut cream, fresh mangos and macadamias, these summer treats look super refreshing and are a healthy treat to have in the freezer ready to go when the craving strikes.
