Macadamia snack plate

This seriously easy snack plate is everything you want it to be; delicious, indulgent and healthy all at the same time. Recipe from dietitian, TV nutritionist and author Lyndi Cohen.

INGREDIENTS

250g macadamias, raw unsalted 

100g pitted dried dates

1 tablespoon white chia seeds

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon macadamia oil

1 tablespoon maple syrup

100g strawberries

100g blackberries

METHOD
For the bliss balls, combine 50g of the macadamias with the pitted dates, chia seeds and a pinch of salt in a food processor and blitz. Once the mix is well combined, roll into six balls.

For the macadamia dip, combine 100g of the macadamias with the maple syrup and a pinch of salt in a food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy. Place the mixture into a small serving bowl. 

Arrange the bliss balls, macadamia dip, remaining macadamias, strawberries and blackberries (or other seasonal fruit) on a plate to serve.
