macadamia bircher muesli

This healthy muesli recipe is suitable as an everyday breakfast option.

INGREDIENTS

100g raw macadamias, roughly chopped
200g rolled oats
50g bran flakes
100g dried cranberries
100ml skim milk
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture is moist through, you may need to add extra milk if it is too dry to stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with figs, grapes, berries, extra chopped macadamias, yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
