5. Peach and Macadamia Bliss Balls

These peach and macadamia bliss balls are the perfect indulgence for gluten-free health nuts, courtesy of Simply blend dried peaches, macadamias, chia seeds, lemon rind and desiccated coconut together, add lemon juice to bind and coat with coconut. The bliss balls will keep for up to a week in the fridge.

6. Tamari Macadamias

Our tamari macadamias use a Japanese-style soy sauce that is low in salt and wheat (some varieties of tamari are completely wheat-free) and offers a rich flavour perfectly suited to the buttery taste of macadamias. To make this savoury snack combine salt, macadamia oil and tamari with whole macadamias and roast in the oven for around ten minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. The macadamias are cooked when all the liquid is absorbed.
