Ingredients
Lime and lemon myrtle macadamias
- 2 cup raw macadamias
 - 2 tsp lime juice
 - 2 tsp macadamia oil
 - 1 tsp lemon myrtle powder
 - 1 tsp salt flakes or to taste
 - 2-3 lemon myrtle leaves optional
 
Wattle seed and chilli macadamias
- 2 cups raw macadamias
 - 2 tsp macadamia oil
 - 1 tsp wattle seeds
 - 1 tsp chilli powder or to taste
 - 1 tsp salt flakes or to taste
 
Instructions
Lime and lemon myrtle macadamias
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the macadamias are coated. Transfer to a 30cm piece of aluminium foil lined with baking paper, and place on the barbeque away from direct flame for 10 minutes, tossing occasionally. Serve warm.
