Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups flour sifted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sugar or sugar alternative
  • 1 cup macadamias chopped
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate bits
  • 50 grams butter
  • 3 eggs beaten & one for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients. Kneed into long shaped dough with extra flour to combine mix. Bake logs at 180 degrees for 30-40min until browned.
  • Allow to fully cool. Then slice into thin pieces and rebake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
