Macadamia milk is popping up in cafes around the country in response to many people\u2019s growing awareness around gut health, nutrition and the desire for dairy free alternatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Made by blending raw nuts and water, macadamia milk has a creamy, delicate flavour that really complements the earthy bitterness of coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can make your own version at home \u2013 see the recipe here<\/a> – or find one of the quality macadamia milks now being produced commercially from Aussie macadamia nuts and supplied to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes across Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
