Ingredients
250gmacadamia spread
50gchopped macadamia nuts
200gkataifi
30gcocoa powder
15gskim milk powder
60gunsalted butter
350gmarshmallows
1cupcocoa powderfor coating
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the macadamia spread, chopped macadamias and kataifi, mix well.
Portion the cookie filling into 20 pieces, place on a baking tray and chill until set.
Sift the cocoa powder and skim milk powder and set aside.
Melt the unsalted butter in a pan over low heat, then add the marshmallows and melt.
Once the marshmallows have melted add the powders and mix through.
Grease a lined tray with butter, pour on the mixture then portion this into 20 (grease your hands with butter to make it easier to handle).
Wrap each portion around the chilled cookie filling, then coat with cocoa powder to finish.
