Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 300 ml hot water
  • 100 ml macadamia milk or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Stir matcha powder + condensed milk into hot water. Cool slightly. Pour into ice cube tray & freeze overnight.
  • Add matcha cubes to a glass, top with cold macadamia milk, and stir & sip slowly.

Notes

Macadamia milk adds that rich, creamy texture – plant-based, dairy-free and full of good for you fats.
 
Pro tip: Freeze a tray or two of matcha cubes ahead of time and you’ll have a week’s worth of sips ready to go!
