Liz & Paul Hudson

Liz and Paul Hudson live and work on their macadamia farm in the small village of Newrybar, on the Far North Coast of New South Wales. From the farm, they run Waliz Nuts and create premium macadamia nut products, including their deliciously addictive gluten free nut bars.

“We are passionate about creating the best macadamia products every day. Macadamia nuts are quintessentially Australian and Waliz Nuts produce 100% Australian owned, Australian grown premium macadamia nuts.” says Liz.

“We sell our products all around Australia as well as export overseas and are proud to tell our customers that everything comes direct from the farm.”

Waliz has developed strong relationships within the local macadamia farming community, and have continued to expand their production each year. “We understand the entire process and are proud to work with other growers to produce the best produce the region has to offer,” says Liz.

As part of living the Aussie dream, Liz and Paul aim to balance business and pleasure. This isn’t too difficult as they have easy access to Byron Bay’s surf beaches and acreage to enjoy an afternoon motorbike ride or a walk down to the creek with their four children.
