Rosemary and sea salt macadamias
Lightly roasted macadamias are always popular. This easy recipe adds a sophisticated flavour hit that is perfect enjoyed with a glass of wine, afternoon tunes and good friends.

- 2 cups unsalted macadamias
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp rosemary leaves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp macadamia oil
Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
Spread onto the lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, turning half way through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
