Rosemary and sea salt macadamias
Lightly roasted macadamias are always popular. This easy recipe adds a sophisticated flavour hit that is perfect enjoyed with a glass of wine, afternoon tunes and good friends.

  • 2 cups unsalted macadamias
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp rosemary leaves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp macadamia oil


  • Preheat oven to 160°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients and toss well.
  • Spread onto the lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
