  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas drained
  • 2 tbsp macadamia oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 10 medium basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
