Ingredients
1cupmacadamiaschopped
1/4cupfresh parsley leaveschopped
1tbspfresh oregano leaveschopped
1tbspmarjoram leaveschopped
1small clovegarliccrushed
1tbspfresh lemon juice
1tbsplemon zestgrated
2tbspmacadamia oil
cracked black pepperto season
roasted vegetables or saladto serve
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly oil a baking dish. Place fillets into a dish, brush lightly with remaining oil.
In a small bowl, combine crumb ingredients to form a thick paste. Spread crumb over top of fish or lamb, pressing to coat evenly.
