Muddled macs on the barbeque
If you have the barbeque on, why not add these to the mix. Perfect if you need something to nibble on while you wait. Even better with a cold beer!

Ingredients
  

Lime and lemon myrtle macadamias

  • 2 cup raw macadamias
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp macadamia oil
  • 1 tsp lemon myrtle powder
  • 1 tsp salt flakes or to taste
  • 2-3 lemon myrtle leaves optional

Wattle seed and chilli macadamias

  • 2 cups raw macadamias
  • 2 tsp macadamia oil
  • 1 tsp wattle seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder or to taste
  • 1 tsp salt flakes or to taste

Instructions
 

Lime and lemon myrtle macadamias

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the macadamias are coated. Transfer to a 30cm piece of aluminium foil lined with baking paper, and place on the barbeque away from direct flame for 10 minutes, tossing occasionally. Serve warm.
