Ingredients
  

Smoothie

  • 1 cup macadamia milk freshly made or store bought
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 mango Flesh of 1 mango or 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 peach halved, stone removed, chopped

Macadamia raw superfood sprinkle

  • ¼ cup macadamias roasted and roughly chopped
  • cup dried goji berries
  • cup dried blueberries
  • cup dried golden mulberries
  • cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp mesquite powder 

Instructions
 

Smoothie

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with your choice of sprinkle below.

Macadamia raw superfood sprinkle

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.
  • Makes 1½ cups. Serve on top of smoothie then store any leftovers in an airtight container or jar.
