Macadamia and white chocolate self saucing puddings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raw macadamias chopped
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate buttons
  • 50 g unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 45 g butter chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 200˚C.  
  • Combine self raising flour, brown sugar, milk, macadamias, white chocolate and butter in a bowl and pour into 6 lightly greased 1 cup ramekin dishes.
  • Combine boiling water, brown sugar and chopped butter in a jug and whisk until smooth.  Gently pour over the batter in the ramekins and bake for 35-40 minutes or until puddings are just set.
  • Serving suggestion: Serve with vanilla ice cream
