Macadamia and tamari salad dressing

The addition of macadamia butter creates a creamy, rich texture, similar to a mayonnaise, making this dressing a great option for vegans. It’s super handy to have in the fridge ready to serve over any salad you choose.


¼ cup macadamia nut butter

2 teaspoons tamari

¼ teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons macadamia oil

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1 tablespoon palm sugar, grated

½ lime, juiced, or to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Adjust seasoning to your taste, adding more lime juice, tamari, or palm sugar if necessary.
Serve tossed through any salad.
